The project began in 2018 as a way of taking advantage of the NGO community associated with the United Nations in order to share our ideas on diversity. Managers of the project have been Larry Roeder, Randy Ihara and Hari Sharma. Two trips were organized to the UN HQ in New York. Connections have also been made with DPI (Department of Public Information) CIVICUS.

Little was done on the project in 2020 and 2021, due to COVID-19, but it hoped to continue efforts in late 2022, due to the many opportunities for funding and intellectual contacts.
